In Australia, we have Migration Agents and Migration Lawyers.
Migration Lawyers (also known as Solicitors) usually undergo intensive training with a law degree and are admitted to Bar in their respective State/ Territory, whereas Migration Agents (who are not lawyers) do not require a law degree to assist with visa matters but will meet the certification requirement for OMARA.
Here at Prime Migration, our Migration Lawyer Ms Ruth Chai-Njiino is a Solicitor and was admitted to the Supreme Court as well as High Court of Australia with over 12 years of legal experience.
Additionally, Ms Ruth is also a Registered Migration Agent with OMARA (MARN 1462717).
Passionate to Assist You
Originally from Borneo, East Malaysia, Ms Ruth has undergone the process of migration first hand and understands the challenges her clients face.
According to Ms Ruth
“This is not just a job for me. It is my passion. I love Australia and I love helping migrants make their dreams come true. I rejoice every time I see a visa approved. I feel fulfilled when I help my clients and I feel like I can make a difference”.
